I am also interested in this. I’m into real estate investing. And I was renting housing and cars to travel nurses, but id like to pivot to ALF. I pulled a heloc and plan on doing a cash out refi on another building to have the funds ready when an opportunity presents itself. My goal is to buy a 6-12 bed facility thats already operating. Big enough to afford a manager, so im not completely handcuffed to the business 24/7. Where are you located?
