Easy spreadsheet to track two income/expenses for 2 rentals

I use the free online software STESSA for our rentals. It works quite well - you can link your rentals accounts so it will automatically import transactions to categorize and then has all the reports you need for taxes or analyzing your properties.

You could try and find one that works for you. J-money used to have a good one I liked that you could edit to make your own. I posted the link below. If that doesn't seem to fit your needs, you might need to make your own since it is so specific.
