Hello! I’m thinking of learning to be a transaction coordinator and I’m curious if anyone here has experience in the field.
A real estate agent friend mentioned it as a good side hustle and it seems great, but I’m still working out how to get some basic experience.
Does anyone here do TC work? Particularly as their own business instead of in house at a big real estate office? Love to hear how it’s going for you and how you got started!
