In his video "The Two Halves of Your Financial Life," he introduces the idea of the “Golden Coffin.” It’s a psychological trap where people successfully build wealth but never make the transition out of accumulation mode.
Even after they’ve “won the game,” they can’t bring themselves to spend.
Why?
Because we fixate on the tiny chance of running out of money while ignoring the certainty that we will run out of time.
