Paze seems to be a scam

Paze seems to be a scam

Chase credited my account $10 within 24 hours of my first time using Paze at checkout. The second charge did not receive a credit. The third charge received a $10 credit the same day. I called to follow up on the second charge and was told that it is under investigation and will be credited later. So I swiped my card again to use the 10x offer and still no new credits. I called again and now they are saying Chase is aware of the issue and will credit within two billing cycles. Seems like a scam to me because if I wait 2 months for a credit that may never show up then I'll be stuck with the products purchased. Most places return policy ends within 14 or 30 days. Is anyone else experiencing issues? Purchases were made at sephora, shoprite and dominoes.

I received my first credit within 2 days after using it for Wendy's. It's been 3 days since my second use and I haven't received the credit yet. That one was Dunkin.

No issues. I've used the credit a dozen times in the last month and they all came through, typically within about a week of purchase. It's pretty typical for them to say "within 2 billing cycles (but probably sooner)". Annoying when we love instant gratification but I don't see how this is a scam… if anything, planning on taking advantage of a promotion to return products you don't plan on actually using sounds like you're trying to scam them…
